Information about the holiday home

The house is located in a quiet and small-scale holiday park at the foot of the Limburgse Heuvelland. The park is located on the edge of the village of Simpelveld, also known as 'The Gate of the Mergelland'. Here you can enjoy serene peace.

This beautiful, detached recreational bungalow no. 35 has a living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and an open garden with a terrace of approximately 30 m2 on the sunny south. The terrace is equipped with nice garden furniture so that you can enjoy the outdoors. The Castra type bungalow is entirely on the ground floor and is located on the edge of the park. Here you will be able to enjoy the peace and nature to the fullest.

The park has a central laundry room where you can use washing machines and dryers. This room can be found behind the reception building.

Bungalow layout:

The Bungalow is suitable for 4 people and has two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds (these can be pushed together if desired, so that you have a double bed) and the other bedroom has a bunk bed. Follows a description of the different rooms:

Living room

The L-shaped living room is cozy and equipped with two comfortable sofas, a dining table with four chairs, a television, a coffee table, central heating and free WiFi.

Kitchen

The spacious, open kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4-burner gas hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, sufficient crockery and cutlery. The refrigerator and dishwasher can be found in the adjacent utility room.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds, which can be pushed together if desired so that you can use a double bed (160 x 200).

Bedroom 2 with a bunk bed and a wardrobe.

The beds have two single blankets and extra blankets are available.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a fixed sink, a floating toilet and a walk-in shower.
