The small-scale holiday park is situated on the outskirts of the charming village of Simpelveld, also known as ‘The Gateway to the Mergelland’. Enjoy a serene environment in your own detached holiday cottage. This holiday home features a living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, and an open garden with a south-facing terrace of approximately 30 m². The terrace is furnished with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The bungalow of the Castra type is entirely on one level and is located on the edge of the park, offering an ideal spot to fully enjoy peace and nature.

The bungalow accommodates 4 people and includes two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed if desired), and the other has a bunk bed. Below is a description of the various spaces:

Living Room
The cozy L-shaped living room in the holiday cottage is warmly decorated and features two comfortable sofas, a dining table with four chairs, a television, a coffee table, central heating, and free WiFi.

Kitchen
The spacious, fully equipped open kitchen includes a 4-burner gas stove, combi-microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and ample kitchenware. The fridge and dishwasher are located in the adjoining utility room.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed (160 x 200).
• Bedroom 2: A bunk bed and a wardrobe.
  Each bed has two single blankets, and extra blankets are available.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a sink, a wall-mounted toilet, and a walk-in shower.

There is a central laundry room at the park where you can use washing machines and dryers, located behind the reception building.

The park is easily accessible. The N281 highway ends near the municipality of Simpelveld, and there are good bus connections to surrounding towns and villages. Additionally, the park is centrally located relative to well-known South Limburg tourist centers, as well as Belgium and Germany.

The immediate surroundings are ideal for cycling and hiking. The village of Simpelveld, with its restaurants and shops, is close by (within walking distance). Moreover, the region offers plenty of entertainment for all ages. Right next to the park is the Miljoenenlijn train station, where you can experience traveling through the Limburg landscape in a steam train over 100 years old. The park is also near cities like Valkenburg (19 minutes), Maastricht (23 minutes), and Aachen (17 minutes), which are well worth visiting. Fun activities nearby include skiing at SnowWorld (11 minutes) or a day at the Gaia Zoo (10 minutes).
